Overview: This course is about holding a regular 'review' meeting with your clients. Review meetings provide a formal opportunity to reflect on your client relationship, identify strengths and weaknesses and plan for the future. 

We examine a step-by-step process to all aspects of client review meetings. This includes meeting preparation and agendas, detailed information on questioning strategies and tips for managing feedback and next steps.

Why is this course important? Clients are the very centre of a professional's long-term success. A client review meeting helps identify and address unhappy clients before they leave or tell others. A review meeting helps retain existing clients, and set-up opportunities for repeat business, upsell or cross-sell. Client review meetings also give a professional greater visibility about future client opportunities.

Suitable for: Any employee in on-going client relationships. It is also useful for employees involved in large projects, as part of a project debrief meeting, or transactional professionals with a post-implementation review process.

This course is not industry specific, so employees with regulated client reviews will still need to address industry specific issues of compliance separately from this course.
