Overview: This course provides an introduction to the concept of diversity with a focus on the business benefits of a diverse and inclusive workplace. This is the first course in the diversity awareness suite of courses which has been designed to promote inclusion and equality.
Why is this course important? As workforce demographics shift and global markets emerge, workplace diversity starts to become a business necessity. Employees reap benefits from workplace diversity, including respect from co-workers and diverse businesses often see gains in productivity, innovation and profit.
Suitable for: All employers, employees, and anyone who wants to increase their understanding of diversity.
