We start by defining ethical leadership and how leaders and managers can use frameworks to develop ethical decision-making processes. We then look at how leaders and managers can develop both an ethical culture within their organisation, as well as develop ethical employees within a team.
Why is this course important? Ethical leaders hold themselves, and their employees, to the highest moral standards. They serve as the moral 'compass' and role model for the rest of the organisation.
Suitable for: All leaders and manager. It is assumed you have a good understanding of workplace ethics (and have ideally completed the Introduction to workplace ethics module in this series).
