It introduces a decision-making process you can implement to reduce the risk and impact of poor-quality decisions on your organisation.

Why is this course important? Making business decisions is your most critical (and riskiest) job. New product development, strategic directions, joint ventures or partnerships, hiring new people - bad decisions in any of these areas can be detrimental to your company and your career.
