Project Management 13: Review
Project Management 13: Review
Duration: 28 minutes
Overview: This course is about what happens after a project is completed. We start by examining how to obtain useful client feedback (and avoid unconstructive client feedback). We then take that feedback and look at how to conduct a post-implementation review (PIR) for your project to identify lessons and success measures. Finally, we cap off our analysis by briefly introducing the concept of continuous improvement – to help set-up success for your next project.
Why is this course important? The completion of a project represents an opportunity for learning. As a project manager you can obtain feedback from your project stakeholders and use that feedback to drive review and improvement processes for future projects. The lessons learnt during a project review can help you – and others in your organisation – avoid repeated mistakes and deliver better project outcomes in the future.
Suitable for: All employees. It assumes a basic understanding of project management.
This is the final course in the project management series.
