Overview: This course is explores working and communicating with people you may not initially find easy to work with. We start by examining the four most common communication styles and how you can adapt your communication style to help you improve teamwork and work with other people with different communication styles. We then look at strategies to help you work with both difficult co-workers and difficult managers.

Why is this course important? It is unrealistic to expect that everyone you work with will be just like you! Sometimes you may find a clash of personalities, communication styles or just a difficult person to work with. Rather than avoid these people or become upset or frustrated with the situation, there are strategies you can take to help you work with these people and be happier in your role.

Suitable for: All employees. It is designed for people who are struggling to communicate or work well with their co-workers or manager, or for people who want to learn new teamwork skills.
