We begin by defining the concept of crisis management and the most common types of crisis which can impact and change an organisation. 

We then dive into the three stages of crisis management: Prevention and Preparation, Response and Recovery.

Why is this course important? A crisis not only has the ability to destabilise your organisation, but it also a situation which can be made worse by incorrect responses. 

Leaders need to understand, prepare and practice crisis management so they can respond calmly and appropriately when a crisis occurs (since it is too late to learn how to manage a crisis once a crisis has occurred).

Suitable for: Leaders and senior managers. It is designed to provide an introduction to the concepts and processes of crisis management. It should be accompanied by a thorough review of your organisation’s own crisis management strategies.
