Essentials: Annual Refresher Courses

Completing the main course builds a strong foundation of knowledge, but regular reinforcement helps keep important information and workplace responsibilities front of mind. Our Essentials courses are shorter follow-on courses for learners who have already completed the corresponding main course. They are designed to support ongoing learning, rather than replace the main course.

Completed annually, each Essentials course revisits the subject’s key concepts without requiring the learner to repeat the full course. This strengthens knowledge retention and helps employees remain informed, confident and up to date.
