Overview: This is the final course in the diversity series and provides a summary of the key points from the other diversity modules which have all been designed to promote a culture of inclusion and equality. We look at how organisations can start to 'put ideas into action' to improve diversity in the workplace.

Why is this course important? As workforce demographics shift and global markets emerge, workplace diversity starts to become a business necessity for organisations. Employees reap benefits from workplace diversity, including respect from co-workers and diverse businesses often see gains in productivity, innovation and profit.

Suitable for: This course is intended as a final module in completing the Diversity Awareness suite of courses. It is recommended that you complete the following courses prior to exploring this module:
