Overview: This course is about understanding of how to fulfil your duty of care to help maintain the health and safety of the workplace.

We will examine work health and safety (WHS) responsibilities, which are otherwise referred to as duty of care responsibilities, and your responsibilities as a worker. You’ll also gain a practical understanding of how you are required to fulfil these responsibilities.

Why is this course important? Duty of care in the workplace exists to prevent injuries and improve safety for everyone. You have a responsibility for your own safety and the safety of others while in the workplace.
