Overview: In this course we look into workplace ethics and the roles and responsibilities of employees and workers in building an ethical workplace. We start by examining why it is important for all employees to make ethical decisions and the qualities of ethical employees. We then look at how you can spot warning signs of unethical behaviour in your organisation, and how to speak up about unethical situations.

Why is this course important? An organisation is only a collection and reflection of its people. Creating an ethical organisation starts with cultivating ethical employees. In other words, everyone must take responsibility for their own behaviours, just like everyone must speak up when they witness coworkers or managers engaging in unethical behaviours.
