Overview: This course is about how to identify and hire ideal candidates for remote working roles. We discuss the benefits of remote working and then identify particular characteristics found in excellent remote hires, which need to be identified during the recruitment process. Finally, we examine how to update your recruitment process for remote interviews and screening.
