Overview: We examine what’s considered appropriate and inappropriate behaviour when using social and digital media where there is a relevant connection to work, as well as some of the policies and legislation that may apply. 

Finally, we examine some of the risks associated with inappropriate behaviour using social and digital media, and some of the ways you can make sure you avoid them.

Why is this course important? Social media is used in the workplace, and the ways in which it is used by employees outside the workplace, is rapidly changing and constantly growing.

The increasing relevance of social and digital media brings about the potential for serious risks to you and your organisation, if used inappropriately.
