Overview: This course is about an introduction to reporting in project management. We use a series of FAQs to explore project reporting, different types of project reports – including a more in-depth look at project status reports. We then look at key performance indicators (KPIs) in project management and how to select appropriate KPIs for your reports.
Why is this course important? Project reporting is a communication tool. It offers insight into how well you and your team are performing. Project reports are comprehensive documents, and they paint a clear picture of how your project is developing.
Suitable for: All employees. It assumes a basic understanding of project management and the stages of a project (covered in Project Management 1: Overview of this series).
