Overview: We start by exploring the concept of scope and scope management, including a process to implement scope management. We then dive into three detailed areas of scope management:

• Project requirements
• Project scope
• Work breakdown structures

Why is this course important? Where your project moves beyond the initial planning – scope creep can cause significant problems for you and your stakeholders. This is an avoidable, or at least manageable, situation when scope is well defined and managed from the start of a project.

Suitable for: All employees. It assumes a basic understanding of project management and the stages of a project (covered in Project Management 1: Overview of this series).
