Project Management 11: Scope Creep

Overview: We define scope creep and exploring a range of best practices to help manage it. We then revisit the issue of scope itself to see how we can take preventative steps to better manage scope and avoid the issue of scope creep from occurring. 

Why is this course important? Scope creep is a major risk to your success, your client’s satisfaction, and your team’s happiness. The good news is that scope creep is an avoidable, or at least manageable, the situation when scope is well defined and managed from the start of a project.

Suitable for: All employees. It assumes a basic understanding of project management and the stages of a project (covered in Project Management 1: Overview of this series).
