Why is this course important? Being a great project manager is more than just having technical skills in your area of expertise. Project managers need additional skills in managing projects, including people skills, productivity skills and planning skills. This course uncovers the core skills required by all project managers and serves as a great introduction ahead of more detailed topics in this series.
Suitable for: All employees. It assumes a basic understanding of project management and the stages of a project (covered in Project Management 1: Overview of this series).
