Project Management 12: Change Management
Project Management 12: Change Management
Duration: 29 minutes
Overview: This course is about change management in a project – the management of adjustments to your scope, deliverables, timelines or resources in an existing project. We begin by defining change management and the change management process. We then look at how to analyse the impact of a change on your project, and how to adjust for it – including management of involved stakeholders. Finally, we review the process for implementing change once it has been agreed.
