Overview: This pathway builds a clear, practical baseline for respectful conduct and psychosocial safety. It helps employees and workers recognise unacceptable behaviour early, understand workplace expectations, and respond appropriately in real scenarios. It also strengthens confidence to speak up and use the right reporting pathways so issues can be addressed before they escalate.

• Anti-bullying and anti-harassment for employees (AU)
• Equal employment opportunity for employees (AU)
• Sexual harassment awareness for employees (AU)

Optional courses (select based on risk):

• Mental health awareness for employees (AU)
• The right to disconnect (AU)
• Whistleblowing awareness in the workplace (AU)

Why is this bundle important? Positive duties aren’t met by policies alone. They rely on everyday behaviours - what people notice, what they say, and what they do when something feels off. This pathway provides an understanding so expectations are clear, reporting is safer, and teams can prevent harm instead of reacting after the fact.

• Psychosocial risk findings

• Survey results showing low trust, poor culture, or low confidence in reporting
• Onboarding for new starters or hotspot teams
