It supports safer day-to-day decisions, clearer expectations around conduct and respect, and more reliable worker responses during incidents, investigations and audits.

• Duty of care for employees (AU)
• Equal employment opportunity for employees (AU)
• Risk management for workers (AU)
• Sexual harassment awareness for employees (AU)
• WHS fundamentals for employees (AU Model Laws)

Optional add-on course for Leaders:

• Handling difficult situations and conversations

Why is this bundle important? Even strong policies can fail if people interpret them differently or can’t apply them under pressure. This course bundle helps reduce variability by giving workers a shared baseline of duties, expected behaviours and practical risk thinking, so responses are more consistent, defensible, and aligned to your workplace standards.
